Myusic is a Passion

Ever ask someone what they listen to and their reply is along the lines of: “Well, whatever’s on the radio?” Well, that’s not me. I’m always listening to something. Music gets me to work in the morning. It’s what keeps my hands and feet tapping all day long and it takes me home at night. New music still hits me like that toy I was begging Mom for back when I was 9. And when it satisfies, well, that’s like a meal, teasing your tastebuds, but never filling you up. So you just eat on for days, each time tasting another spice the chef slipped into his recipe.

My name is Jon Braunstein. This blog is an account of what I’m listening to. It is, quite literally, the Myusic on My Mind. I haven’t heard of every band. I don’t go to a show every night. But I’m always looking for something new and exciting. I’ll share what I find and I hope you’ll do the same.
